  • We understand the backbone of our safety and health management system is our accountability to our own program. Everyone, from our president to our labor force is included.

  • For every job we carry out for our customers, we ensure that a trained safety supervisor is present for each shift.

  • Our Behavior Based Observation Program is used on every project, we also use a yearly job performance evaluation in which safety and behavior is the top modifier.

  • Our goal of becoming an OSHA VPP Mobile Contractor is within sight, with our continuing progress toward a complete OSHA trained workforce expected to be complete before spring.

  • Every individual on our safety committee has;

    • OSHA 1926 30 hour training, confined space / excavation competent person training (refresher held yearly),
    • Red Cross CPR/First Aid/Adult AED, and
    • Conveying Systems
    • Behavioral Based Safety Observation training.
